Arugula, Mushroom, & Radish salad

Thinly slice about ¾ cups white button mushrooms and ½ cup radishes.  Place them in a large bowl and put the arugula on top.  Drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice.  Toss gently, mixing the ingredients well and serve onto plates.  Lightly salt and pepper and sprinkle with shaved parmesan.
