Chard with Cheese, Nuts, and Dried Fruit

2 combinations that are delicious are goat cheese, pine nuts, and golden raisins OR blue/gorgonzola cheese, pecans, and dried cranberries.  However, just about any combinations of the 3 will do.

1 big bunch or 1/2 lb. of chard

1/4 cup cheese

1/4 cup toasted nuts

1/4 cup dried fruit

Cut the greens into 1/4 inch strips and chop the stalks like celery.

Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the stalks and cook about 5 minutes, then add the greens.

Cook until tender and add the other ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
