Creamy Walnut-Gorgozola Vinagrette

2 TBSP olive oil

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 TBSP balsamic vinegar

1/4 TSP salt

3 oz gorgonzola cheese

1/4 cup cream

Mix well and let sit for about 15 minutes
