Dill Dressing

Finely chop a bunch of dill . 

Add to a measuring cup:

 the juice of ½ lemon

 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

 1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

 dill

and salt and pepper to taste

Mix well
