delicious dishes were so numerous it was impossible to try them all

lucky for us we got all of the leftovers!

mustard and collard greens with mixed beans, baby white turnips, and smoked pork bones

'Swedish peanut' potato salad with sweet peppers, fennel, dill, and green onion

pumpkin ('kabocha') pie with whiskey butter sauce

many thanks to all the folks at Highlands Bar and Grill for bringing and preparing the memorable oysters

 many guests brought potluck dishes

some which were smoked on site

many thanks also to Red Mountain for sharing their music with us
