Mustard greens are similar to turnip greens but pack a little more
punch. They are high in 8 vitamins (A. B6, C, E & K to name a few),7
minerals, fiber, and protein. These nutritious greens also help prevent
certain cancers, atherosclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis. They have
also been linked to asthma relief. There are several kinds of mustard
greens. We grow only Asian varieties, commonly used in stir-fry and
less bitter than others. Like turnip greens, they can be steamed,
boiled, or sautéed.
