Roasted Carrots with Dill

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Wash and carrots and if they are large ones, cut in half lengthwise and then into 4 inch pieces.

Mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter and sprinkle with salt.

Roast carrots about 15 minutes.

Add some fresh chopped dill and serve warm.
