It is my responsibility to pick up my weekly share of food from my chosen pickup location during the designated time frame.
If I cannot pick up my weekly share, I understand that it is my responsibility to either make arrangements to have someone pick up my share or to donate my share.
I can put my share on hold or change the pick-up location 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
If I do not pick up my share within the distribution time frame, it will be donated to an interested party or facility, designated by pickup location host.
I agree to pay my account in a timely manner and keep my membership account information up to date.
It is my responsibility to open and read the emails (including payment notices) so that I stay informed. If my email address or any other contact information changes, I will contact [email protected] or (205) 394-3561.
I can cancel my membership at any time and I will notify [email protected] or (205) 394-3561 in the event that I must do so.
As a CSA member, I understand that it is best for Snow’s Bend Farm if I can utilize any remaining balance once I realize that I need to cancel, and will apply my best efforts to do so. We urge you to read through the FAQ page to fully enjoy and understand the CSA experience.
Payments: Snow’s Bend Farm CSA uses a web-based software program called Farmigo. With it, CSA members have online access to their own accounts, with the exceptions of changing email addresses or requesting opt outs. You also have an option to pay by check mailed to: P.O. Box 317, Coker, AL 35452.
